A tablet fully dedicated to the salon

We turned an Android tablet into a Loge 316 work tool. As soon as it is switched on, it opens GoRendezVous full screen. The team never has to hunt for the right app or navigate Android: the tablet behaves as if it were GoRendezVous.

This custom experience keeps attention on appointments and salon activities. Even after a Wi-Fi outage, it guides the reconnection and automatically brings the team back to GoRendezVous. The result: a tablet that is simple to use, ready for everyday salon work and manageable remotely.

See where your data goes when your team uses AI

ChatGPT, Midjourney, DeepL, browser extensions… Every employee adopts their own AI tools, often without the company knowing. This is what is called shadow AI: client documents, emails or access keys copied into services nobody approved.

PolitiqueIA takes inventory of the AI tools used on a workstation: websites visited, applications installed, extensions and API keys. It also tracks every copy-paste to an AI, from the source application to the destination service. It flags those that contained sensitive data, such as an email, a card number, a social insurance number or an API key, without ever keeping the copied text. A dashboard sorts each service as “approved” or “not approved” according to your internal policy. The tool runs entirely on the workstation and sends nothing online.

Detection of generated text and images

A tool designed by the agency to estimate whether a text or an image was produced by artificial intelligence, without anything leaving the computer.

For text, we trained our own detection model on more than 19,000 texts in French, written by humans or produced by five different AI models. Two additional rounds of training refined it on the most misleading cases. On texts it had never seen, it gives the right answer 98.9% of the time. Out of 20,000 web pages written before ChatGPT arrived, it wrongly accused only 14.

For images, four analyses complement one another: a model trained to recognize generated images, the compression error level, the sensor noise and the spectrum of the image. Thermographe gives an estimate, never a verdict: it helps decide where to focus attention.

A tool for physiotherapists

A 3D anatomical atlas, linked to the clinic’s cases

In a clinic, each physiotherapist’s experience often stays in their own files. We designed and developed Atlas physio to pool it. Each case is recorded anonymously: the areas affected, the pathology, the symptoms, and what one condition led to elsewhere in the body.

The whole body is displayed in 3D, male or female, from the skeleton to the nerves. A click on a structure gives its name in French, Latin and English. The statistics show which condition often leads to another. The result: a tool that installs with a double-click, works without an Internet connection and keeps the data at the clinic. The application is designed to comply with Quebec’s Law 25.

How we work

An application starts with a precise problem, never with a list of features. A salon losing time on a tablet, a clinic whose knowledge stays in each therapist’s files, a company that does not know where its data goes. We begin by observing that problem on site, with the people concerned, before writing a single line of code.

Then comes creative direction: a visual prototype, in your hands within days, corrected until it is right. Decisions are made on that prototype, not on a quote. Development follows in short stages, each one delivered and tested in your real conditions.

Our tools share three principles. They do one thing and do it well. They keep your data with you: on the workstation, on the tablet, at the clinic, with no third-party server when none is needed. They install and can be replaced without depending on us: no hidden subscription, no platform to maintain. You receive the code, the documentation and training for your team.
