Immersive experiences that leave a mark

artlequin designs immersive experiences from the ground up — interactive installations for public spaces, narrative museum pathways, extended reality (XR) experiences, and cultural activations. Our approach always begins with a clear narrative intention: what do you want people to feel when they leave? That question drives every creative decision that follows.

Founded in Montreal in 2021 by Frédéric Vicaire, a senior creative director with 30 years of practice, artlequin brings together narrative intelligence, creative direction expertise, and our proprietary AI tool Vit — trained exclusively on 18,000 proprietary images — to deliver experiences that are both visually distinctive and emotionally resonant.

artlequin in Quebec's XR ecosystem

A member of XN Québec (Quebec's extended reality network) and the Société des musées du Québec, artlequin is recognized within Canada's immersive and cultural experience ecosystem. Our creative direction for The Roaming was selected at XR Cannes 2024 — an international recognition of our approach to immersive storytelling.

This dual membership — in the XR technology network and the museum sector — is rare, and it reflects how artlequin operates: at the intersection of creative technology, narrative design, and cultural intelligence.
