What you learn

Writing an intent before writing a prompt. Getting an image that looks like your brand, not like everyone else’s. Recognizing what to refuse. Building a coherent series rather than one lucky image. Bringing these images into a real production pipeline: retouching, compositing, animation, print.

Who it is for

Art directors and studios that want to prototype faster without losing their signature. Marketing teams that produce visuals every week. Schools and continuing education programs. Executives who want to understand before deciding.

Three formats

Express session of 90 minutes to 2 hours, to understand and set a framework.

Hands-on half-day, on your cases and your images.

Tailored program for a team, over several weeks, up to autonomy. Since 2024, these workshops have been given at the C2 Montréal festival and at the HUB, among others. In person in Montreal or remotely.

Who teaches

Frédéric Vicaire, 30 years of creative direction, five years of research on creative AI, speaker at Université Laval, XN Québec and MILA. The training starts from the eye, not from the tool: the tool changes every six months, the eye stays. See also mentoring →

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a Midjourney subscription?
Yes, an account in each participant’s name, so you leave with your own images and keep going on your own after the workshop.
How many participants?
Up to 12 for a hands-on workshop, so everyone gets attention. More in a talk format.
Does it replace an illustrator?
No, and we explain why during the workshop: the tool produces images, not an eye. That eye is what we pass on.
What does it cost?
On quote, depending on the format, the location and the number of participants. A first 30-minute call, free of charge, helps choose the right format.
